Henry Rayhons Found Not Guilty Of Sexually Abusing Wife With Alzheimer's

An Iowa jury found a 78-year-old man not guilty of sexually abusing his wife whom some alleged couldn't consent to sex with him because she suffers from Alzheimer's disease.

Had Henry Rayhons been convicted, The New York Times reports that the former legislator would have faced 10 years behind bars.
