The Jefferson County Coalition for Victims of Crime held their 27th annual Crime Victims' Candlelight Vigil at the Jefferson County Courthouse on Thursday night. Victims of various crimes, including homicide, child abuse, sexual assault, domestic violence, alcohol-related crimes, elder abuse and fallen police officers and military were honored.
